Garrett came out earlier than expected to check to see why our hot water wasn't on and was able to get it working plus provide estimates on how to keep it from happening again.

Alex was absolutely amazing! He was professional and was able to go through several diagnostic tasks to pinpoint our leak. His ability to explain what he was doing and why at a level that we, who havent done plumbing work, could understand was amazing. His knowledge is top notch! When it came time to go over our options for fixing our issue, he showed us the different options, answered our questions, and helped us make the choice that is right for us. Professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and respectful are all things Alex is. I hope all of our future plumbing needs are done through him because he is a man you can trust.

As always with plumbing, we had an emergency situation. They got a visit scheduled as soon as possible showed up on time ready to get going. He did a great job!! He also did a great job cleaning up when he was done. We also asked for some information on some other projects. I like how they do business.

Ryder was great! He was efficient and thorough. I had a sump pump replacement. It was overpriced and I considered sending him on his way and handling it myself or getting another quote. In the end, decided to just let him do it and be done with it.

worst place I've ever dealt with in my entire life. I will never recommend them to my friends or family. I hired them to inspect the drain tile. did they do that? no when I asked for a call back somebody was at lunch would call me back. did I get a call back after lunch the next day or the next day? no did not worst company like I said. don't know what the they're doing clearly because Bowers plumbing found it quickly and actually listened to what I told them. if I could put zero Stars that's what they deserve. Will be telling all my friends and family to stay away from this company. oh yeah, did I forget to mention that it cost me $285 for a diagnostic 6k job for them to ignore not only me but the contractor who is the one who talked and walked with him and told him exactly what needed to be looked at the technician was great explained everything to me and I forwarded the email to my husband who said our problem wasn't addressed (Of course NO REFUND, yes i asked, but no nothing notta) He also talked to the both ladies in the office the first day who said they'd call back tomorrow I called next day and one said she'll call you back in just a few minutes she's on lunch but it's almost over
....crickets from all of them going in day 3. No need to reply now thanks but no thanks! 👍

Ryan is most professional knowledgeable, and trustworthy plumber I have ever ever dealt with in my entire entire life of 47 years knew what the problem was assertively Presented solutions to the problem was very clean and very tidy overall, I would Present him with a gold standard award

Had a very large job to do as our sewer lines were collapsed to the main sewer system and because it went under two trees, a fence, a tree fort, and two power lines... our only option was to wrench a new pipe through the old one. Ryder ( the tech who came to do the quote) was quick and early as well as very polite. Everyone who worked on our disconnect plumbing line was very polite and even when problems arose they diligently worked to correct them
They even worked after hours to finish the job so it would be done before the rain came.
If I knew their names I could list everyone as being very helpful.... the two who worked late were Nate and Gibson and they even went above and beyond their work.
I would highly recommend this company based on my experience
